Item rulers display issue

Hi!

This is arguably not a bug but a design flaw IMO:

When you display item ruler for items, the numbers start from the left (which is 0) and no matter how much you zoom in, you will never see the exact length of the item (the values are simply zoomed in but you never get to the end)

I think this is a huge flaw because the first value shown is always zero, so that doesn't need to be shown.

Instead, if the rightmost number always displayed the final length of the item, and all other numbers were shifted to the left of their corresponding grid line (instead of being to the right of the grid line as is currently) in the ruler then you can easily see the length of each item in the ruler, without seeing redundant info such as 0:00:00 at the beginning.
