Request: Open a new project tab with a double click in the empty project tab area

Benefit: would save a tiny bit time

Reason: would be a simular shortcut like the feature 'insert a new track with a double click in the empty TCP area' and i would simply love it

Yes!
I've been using Reaper since before there were project tabs. Since they became available, I all to often double click the empty project tab area and expect a new tab to appear. Please, devs.
