Can't resize batch window from right to left (FIXED)

Hello,
I run the 6.51 of REAPER and just noticed that I can't really resize the batch converter window. It gets stuck with a big horizontal length, as shown in this pic:

The bug persists on the last dev version.

But I noticed one thing with a fresh portable install. The batch converter window is at its good size when you open it. But if you want to resize it, the bug appears and you can't minimize it to its default setting anymore.

I assume you have Windows display scaling set to something other than 100%? In any case, fixing.

Yes, I am running with a 175% scaling UI (and 200% for the other computer).
