[FIXED] MIDI Editor Quantize Dialog Swing Display Bug [longstanding]

Hi,

The MIDI Editor Quantize Events dialog does not recall the dropdown menu state correctly when 'Swing' is selected. It always recalls 'Straight', but Swing is still the active mode (i.e. the Swing slider still works).

Straight, Triplet, and Dotted states are recalled as expected.

Win10 Pro 64bit; Reaper 6.53 64bit (fresh portable install)
