Corrupt video render with MPEG-4/Windows Media format (FIXED)

I am testing out the new MPEG-4/Windows Media format output in Reaper v6.57.

For some reason I am getting corrupt video output. See the following video:

Note the resulting video does have correct audio. It was just not being captured by OBS.

Any idea what may be wrong?

It's hard to see in the screencap, can you post a screenshot of the render window settings please?

Ah, I think I've got it. The issue is with certain frame widths. The render is correct at 1920x1080 fwiw.

Indeed you are right, it does work at 1920x1080.
