Default Save As > Copy all media into project dir ISN'T converting files to FLAC

This feature used to work but doesn't anymore - at least for me:

File > Save As > Copy all media into project dir > Convert media > Set format to save as: FLAC 24 bit

My track audio files are staying as-is, eg WAV or M4A, instead of being converted to and replaced with FLAC.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to remedy it?

Two things:

1) for conversion to happen, the file needs to not already be in the project directory.

2) m4a is currently not converted, because technically it is treated as a video file. we'll fix this.
