Default Render stats slows renders increasingly (FIXED)

I made a video to demonstrate

https://drive.google.com/file/d/14si...ew?usp=sharing

First there is a 20% hit to render speed right off the bat, then it works its way down down over time. I caught the "bug" because it slowed to 4.5x realtime with none of the usual FX suspects.

May be just a 'live with it' thing, but the reason I chose the render stats button was because I'm using queued renders and need the stats after to combine into one for use in google Sheets. If I don't use this, I don't get the opportunity to press the Stats/Charts button before the next render and lose this information.

I figure the slow down is from having to constantly open, write to, and save this file. Maybe the one generated at the end of a render from the progress window Stats/Charts button is done at the end, so has no effect on render speed? If so, I'd love the option to force the file to be written only at the end (losing that data should I choose to cancel the renders mid way).

Not quite sure I follow... "save outfile.render_stats.html" will write one statistics file per rendered file, in other words it's writing 6416 different html files in your screencap. With that button unchecked, no files are written and render stats are stored in memory.

Ahhhh, it turns out writing the individual render stats files is very inefficient when rendering many regions at once. Fixing, thanks for the report!
