I didn't understand everything you said.
I did not find [grpmgr_help] but [groupmgr_help].

Everything is translated and it doesn't work on Reaper.
NB: by the way, for example, the [grpmgr] section, I can't find it in REAPER and I waste a lot of time searching

rename [groupmgr_help] to [grpmgr_help] and it will work

ah yeah you can put a copy of those in [grpmgr] in addition to [groupmgr] to fix that. (we'll make it consistent on our end)

But the issue has been fixed in the latest version
