IDE: Auto suggestions bring IDE in fron when hovering above them (FIXED)

When still having autosuggestions open and clicking another window(like an opened gfx-window): when I accidentally hover with the mouse over the auto-suggestions, it forces the IDE to the front:

I would expect, that hovering above the autosuggestions would keep it in the back.

Tested on Windows 7 - Reaper 6.73
