MIDI editor action overwrites MIDI event list editor action (edit: move events l/r)

I removed the shortcut Shift-Horizwheel from the Midi editor for the action Edit: Move events left/right (mousewheel/MIDI controller only)

In the Midi event list editor, I still have the stock Shift-Horizwheel mapped to Edit: Move events left/right (mousewheel/MIDI controller only). {the same action}

Even thought it is still mapped to that control for the event list, when the shortcut for the action has been removed from the midi editor, the action can't be carried out with the stock keyboard mapping in the event list.
