[v6.73 macOS] No Ctrl+letter input via gfx.getchar()

gfx.getchar() no longer gives any input for Ctrl+letter on macOS since v6.73. It used to be the same as Cmd+letter.

Cmd+abcd then Ctrl+abcd in v6.73 and v6.74rc1:

Same in v5.99 and v6.72:

(This effectively breaks some terminal-like shortcuts in my Interactive ReaScript script where muscle memory is Ctrl+thing.)
