Follower track items not copied correctly when track is hidden

Found a bug with the pretty recent changes to leader/follower set up with hidden tracks.

-repro
-set up two tracks with a single midi item on both (same length and same start and end position for both)
-set top track as leader and bottom track as follower
-hide the follower track
-copy drag the leader track item a few bars to the right so you have two items now on that track
-unhide the follower track

-expected is that the item on the follower track should have also been copied so that there is now two items on the follower track

-instead the hidden item is moved to the same position at the newly copied leader item.

Moving works ok though and so is everything else, just not copying.

Also. What about making hidden tracks an option in the locking panel so with a tick box hidden tracks can be "locked" in place. That would appease both camps

this is not completley fixed,

drag to copy works

copy then paste dosen't work

duplicate dosen't work

Would be great to have this really fixed!
