⭐ReaLinks: New website for promoting user-made Resources
Hi everyone,
I'm launching a new website:
The goal is to write articles to promote user made REAPER resources. Scripts, JSFX, YouTube channel etc...
This is pretty recent and experimental, we'll see how it goes, if it is maintenable, if it is useful etc.
Anyway, let me know what you think about this project!

Thanks for taking initiative to make this happen!! While Admiral Bumblebee's article has been a great source to showcase amazing scripts, unfortunately it's not updated recently. I always wished the place like this exist, but didn't create one myself.
Can we use this thread to suggest an obscure yet cool stuff? I'm looking forward to seeing many worthy of recognition stuff being shed light on!
Btw, the link to about page on the release post seems not to work.

Yes admirable bumblebee article was great, and it was actually already some kind of updated alternative to my own reascripts showcase article 2 years before https://www.extremraym.com/en/reascript-v5-showcase/
So yes, I also wanted such thing to happen so ultimately... I just made it ^^ We'll see how it goes, it do requires quite come time to document things :P
For suggestions, I may open some kind of collaborative space at some point, more adapted than forum,
like a public github repo or a kanban, not sure yet. But be sure I have a pretty long list. ^^

My main concern about realinks as it is:
Is having dedicated review, at "low" digestible rate (not more than 1 post per day) welcome, or if it has no special interest considering and only having a list of things with minimal metadata and no kind of special things (newsletter etc) enough. Aka, does it worth having a dedicated website with hand made articles? Is there an audience for this? ^^
We'll see how it goes!

It is on my list, I try to follow some kind of progression, but at some point yes! You will be the first to know.
I have yet to see if the publication is too slow for the demand and if it needs to become more collaborative for the edition. A bit early to know.

Great website. I am simply amazed at what Reaper's community is contributing on their own, many times without any direct financial incentive. Wish I had the knowledge to do it as well. Well, seems like it's that time again —— donation time!

Hi, may I suggest you do an article on all the different control-surface solutions that are available in Reaper, like CSI etc? I bet many are curious as to what exactly sets them apart and why to go with a specific paradigm! Just a suggestion for a topic.

Hi ! Thx for suggesting, I agree CSI extension deserve a post at some point. I already did one for realearn.
Though I don't see my articles as comparison article, rather than showcase, 1 article = 1 resource, though I often mention other alernatives in the articles, and that there are sorted in categories/tags. So there will not be details comparison table for features for eg.
I have lots of resources in mind but for now the biggest challenge is to keep a steady rythm of publication, as for now articles required redaction and not just referencement ^^

I read the Quick Adder page, and went to the links and thought great idea, I'll check it out. And it turns out I've had via ReaPack all along! Stuff just flies in there. I read the alert of what's been installed, but sort of more sieve-like than sponge-like. So not only had I not known what to do with this if I saw it in my scripts, but I had it and didn't even know it!
So it's a double treat of "Here's this great utility that you may not know about" and "Here's how to use this great utility that you've already unknowingly had for months (years?)"
Looking forward to finding out more about some of these very useful things that I've noticed in there but never knew what they did.
