Default [6.76] Vertical zoom broken (FIXED)

After upgrading to v6.76 (and v6.77), the vertical zoom in is broken. First noticed when my mouse action (CTRL+Mousewheel) didn't work but the same issue affects the + button below the vertical scroll bar. Downgrading to v6.75 and the scrolling works as expected again.

Steps:
- Open any project
- Zoom out fully
- Zoom in gradually
->ERROR: The zoom level is stuck after a couple of steps, i.e. it doesn't continue to zoom in. In some cases I was able to get past this by scrolling furiously on the scroll wheel but not always. This affects both the arrange view and the TCP.

CTRL+Mousewheel works in all other applications and, as stated, in v.6.75.

Windows 10 Home 22H2
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz
32 GB RAM
Logitech MX Master 3
Imperial LCS theme

There are two vertical zoom actions:

View: Zoom vertically (MIDI CC relative/mousewheel)
View: Zoom vertically, snap to theme-defined sizes (MIDI CC relative/mousewheel)

Whichever one is not working with your custom theme, try using the other one instead (typically by adding the shortcut ctrl+mousewheel to that action).

I think it's the bug caused by this.

Does it work again if you change to the default theme?

On my end it doesn't matter which behavior I choose, it gets stuck with both.

Yes, I also tested the new action with the same result. Looks like this bug is known so I'll just keep working in v6.75 until you find the time to fix it, no worries! <3

This should be fixed in today's +dev build, let us know if all is now hunky dory and we'll make sure to have a 6.78 in the not too distant future...
