Track/TakeFX_CopyToTrack/Take() closes FX chain window if 'Allow one FX chain' is ON
Fixed in 7.06
Preferences -> Plug-ins -> Only allow one FX chain window open at a time Should not happen because after copying/moving, the FX chain window of the destination object is not opened to replace the one open currently.

fixing! can also get this behavior copying FX in the tcp/mcp with that option set, this fixes both cases
