MIDI CC lane context menu - can't customise without losing all default actions

When you try and customise 'MIDI CC lane context' menu none of the default actions are showing and if you add any actions the default menu items disappear and you can only see what you've added.

Recreated this using a clean portable install, customise this menu and add a separator. Right clicking in the CC lane shows a blank menu. If you check 'show default items as submenu' then it shows the submenu heading but it has no contents. Removing the separator (so the customised menu screen is blank again) restores all of the default items when right clicking in the CC lane.

fixing, thanks! as a workaround, open the CC menu at least once before opening the customize window, and it should work.
