Quantized events not updating when switching from position to note length

Hello,

1) Select MIDI events
2) Open the quantize window
3) Set the option to "position". See the updated changes. So far so good
4) Switch the option to "note length only". The position is stuck to the quantized one (see point 3), which is not intended
5) Switch the option to "position". It works that way (the length of the notes is back to their initial states). So the bug appears only in one way (position -> note length)

Running on last REAPER and Windows updates

We can reproduce this bug in an easier way with the bypass button:

1) Quantize with "position only"
2) Change to "note length only": notes are stuck at the quantized position (BUG)
3) Bypass: all is back to the original state
4) Cancel bypass: now the notes are correctly positioned
