[FIXED] Track Icons not found opening templates or projects saved on Windows

REAPER 6.79:
Track templates or projects saved on Windows, may have subfolders and \ in the path. Opening them in Linux or Mac, causes REAPER to complain not finding the icons even if the icons are there in the right path ."config/REAPER/Data/track_icons/"

example template saved on windows has this code line with a track icon in a Orchestra subfolder inside track_icons:

TRACKIMGFN "Orchestra\strings.png"

REAPER should find it at
"$HOME/.config/REAPER/Data/track_icons/Orchestra/strings.png"

I guess Windows doesn't find icons saved on Linux either.

So it would be easy to fix by testing a relative path replacing \ with / first, and if it still doesn't find it, then prompt the dialog window to find the icon.
