![]() Steps:
Result: Half of the time only a single crossfade moves, use "Edit: Undo" and try again until it works (see gif) Expected: Crossfades always move on all selected items Reproduced in all versions I tested including 6.80 and the latest 7pre. In preferences, "Split media items" is set to "Fade-in/fade-out" and "Overlap and crossfade" Using macos 12.6 Edit with more info: Quote:

I originally thought it was caused by mouse modifiers/crossfades, but it happens when splitting grouped items/multiple selected items then editing the split point.
Group split & edit: ![]() Not grouped, just selected & split edited: ![]() Sometimes grouped items become ungrouped when making many splits & edits. Those items then need to be manually re-grouped. I haven't been able to capture that behavior in an image. This bug can grind multitrack sessions to a hault. Group edits & crossfades that aren't being applied correctly (especially in large complex projects), simply cause major disruptions without explanation. Hm I just noticed something:
When grabbing near the top of the item, it works almost every time. But when dragging a bit lower it seems completely random... Weird. "Relative edge edit" is enabled and "Media item bottom half" context is only "Default : Pass through to item click context" if that helps.
