[FIXED in build 7.01] Gain Reduction Scope JSFX makes UI freeze when embedded

This happens when TCP is shrunk so that Gain Reduction Scope's UI disappears while being embedded in TCP and the plugin is not selected in the FX chain regardless of the FX chain window being open.

Tested with a couple of other plugins, including General Dynamics JSFX, no problem there.
