` vs ' when importing Win config to Mac

Hi there, when importing a Win config to MacOS, every instance of Windows no-shift-tilde gets incorrectly mapped to single-quote.

They have to be manually reassigned, every time. With a large collection of custom modifiers, this becomes a huge task - every time.

Can this be looked at? Thanks!

ah yes, I think there are some errors in that, fixing! (for US keyboards at least)
