Small bug - Toolbar button without caption

It took me a long time in Google to find how to disable a basic MIDI editing function (that I did not turn-on on purpose), and it turns out that it was all the time in the default MIDI editor Toolbar:

"CC selection follows note selection"

The reason is that there is no caption for this important button! It is the only case in all my toolbars (90% based on default toolbars). I mean in main toolbars and MIDI editor toolbars.

I think solving this small issue could save time, especilly for users that are not very experienced.
