Import markers and regions do not work with negative time values

Hello,

I'm importing some regions and markers from one project to another. The origin and destination projects both begin with the same negative value for time and measure count. The markers and regions are correctly exported, with the negative value in the CSV file. However, when importing via action to the new project, those regions and markers which began in the negative time are not imported.
