[7.08] Razor edit automation bug

When making a razor edit selection on an automation lane the automation can be edited as normal (trim up/down, ramp, etc). However, this action does not register an entry in the undo history and cannot be undone.

To reproduce:

Create razor edit area on automation lane. Reaper creates an entry "Razor edit" in the undo history.
trim envelope up/down or ramp it. Expected behaviour: Reaper creates undo point "Edit envelope razor edit areas." Actual behaviour: Reaper does not create undo point.

This bug appeared in 7.08. I checked 7.07 which is not affected.
