Broken - Reverse video - fixed v7.09

it was just noticed reversing video clips removes the video image. This was not the case in reaper 6.83 and earlier. I can confirm this happening on MacOS with both AVFoundation and VLC 3 decoder.  edit - Fix is in v7.09

Looking at this now, probably broke in 7.08 with the large-item-count optimizations.
