(FIXED in 7.15) Undo and automatic record arm - minimal case

1. Set some tracks to automatic record arm, insert a new track, undo, then many tracks become armed, but not selected.
2. Sometimes only the last track become armed after undo (still not selected). In that case just put some tracks into a folder, insert and undo, which should trigger this problem again.

It's tested that these "armed" track do receive signals from input.
