Master track pan width setting retained when creating new project

BUG
When creating a new project the Master track's pan width setting isn't reset, it takes whatever value was set in the previously open project.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
All other Master track settings are reset to default when creating a new project so I'd expect the pan width setting to be reset as well.

SETUP
This occurred on v7.15 x64 Win10 but was also replicated by someone using Linux in https://forum.cockos.com/showthread....31#post2778031

STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Open Reaper > Create new/blank project (no template) > master pan width is 100%
2. Change width to 0%
3. Create new project (closes existing project) > width is 0%
4. Any new projects that I create will all have width 0%
5. Restarting Reaper sets pan width back to 100% for any new projects
