this specific "centering" behaviour that happens when you click on a track is a constant battle. Maybe the current behaviour in some use case is desirable, but I thikn a lot of people would benefit from disabling whatever's happening here:
Just wanna zooom into a specific detail of the track, and have the view stay completely stable, unless intentionally moving the view.
I would almost exclusively want things to move the screen
as little as possible, in a pretty strict way, unless triggered by actual Scroll LR/UD to intentionally shift the current view in some way.
Was there some way to disable what happens above? (Clicking a track recenters it to the top). So clicking on a track resulted in the screen not shifting view in any way.
Envelopes working identically. Just want to zoom in on something of interest and be able to work on that area of tracks, reliably without the view darting off unexpectedly.
Thank you sm!
