Some LV2 plugins are detected as "(MIDI)", have no proper names, and won't load

I've been running some plugins from the Windows release of https://github.com/DISTRHO/PawPaw and they've all been working quite well but some versions ago (I'm honestly not sure when. Maybe a few versions before or on 7.19) certain plugins stopped being able to run and now have a different naming scheme.



They don't actually give errors about failing to scan and I know none of these accept MIDI input of any kind.

I'm running Windows 11 64 bit, REAPER 7.19 though I've also tried the most recent release candidates.

Ah, looking into this. I think I understand why, should be fixed in the next +dev build (tomorrow). Have any Windows download links we can test against?

The Windows release contained in https://github.com/DISTRHO/PawPaw/releases/tag/v1.1 should do the trick. Thanks!

Since this is already fixed, i'll just be noting that this plugin is also affected by the current bug, in my case under linux.

this is a zombie error . resurrected in 7.21 in win65
and it is bigger than ever.
