Lanes bug in v7.20

I have confirmed this is a bug in v7.20 as I've downgraded to v7.19 and the issue goes away.

When using fixed item lanes and the option "New recording adds Lanes (new lane plays exclusively), in v7.20, the lanes get added correctly but all the media for those lanes gets added to lane 1 as takes.

I can't reproduce this. Do you have the option "loop recording always adds takes" enabled?

If not, can you please post your reaper.ini file and an empty project set up so that pressing record will demonstrate the problem? Thanks.

I do not have that option enabled.

I have tested this some more and I upgraded back to v7.20 and opened a brand new project and couldn't replicate it either.

It appears I have a specific existing project that is doing it and I cant figure out which option/setting is causing it, but again, this project doesn't exhibit this behaviour on v7.19

Could you crop the one project down to that one track and share it?

Thanks for posting the project. This is a bug, which can occur when recording into multiple tracks at the same time. Fixing!
