FX_NavigatePresets() and FX_SetPresetByIndex() don't work with FX container presets

1. The list isn't switched to the first/last preset when initially no preset is selected. Applies to FX_SetPresetByIndex() as well when trying to select a preset with a particular index.

2. When switching to next/previous preset, the preset name doesn't change in the preset box. Applies to FX_SetPresetByIndex() as well when switching to a preset with different index.

3. The navigation isn't circular, it stops at the bottom/top of the list.

The bugs are relevant to both open and closed FX chain.

The demo only showcases FX_NavigatePresets() bugs.
