Import regions/markers (merge with existing)... bug [FIXED]

"Import regions/markers (merge with existing)..." option does not merge imported with existing literally

E.g.
If following regions exist

Code:

#,Name,Start,End,Length
R1,AAA,1.1.00,2.1.00,1.0.00
R2,BBB,2.1.00,3.1.00,1.0.00
R3,CCC,3.1.00,4.1.00,1.0.00

and we are importing list of regions using mentioned option

Code:

#,Name,Start,End,Length
R1,Good part 1,1.1.00,2.1.00,1.0.00
R3,Good part 2,3.1.00,4.1.00,1.0.00

from CSV file using "Import regions/markers (merge with existing)..." option, then I believe that expected result is that there are 5 regions in the end, even that 2 regions share the same start times and length because they carry different information (and it is possible to have the same region multiple times even with the same name).

As of now the new (time similar) regions (region names) do overwrite the existing ones, so from example there will be still only 3 regions, but with names "Good part 1", "BBB", "Good part2" which really is not expected behavior.
