Render selected area of tracks to multichannel - does not obey selection

The action:
Track: Render selected area of tracks to multichannel (parent send only) stem tracks (and mute originals)

Does not obey the selection, but it renders the whole project. It's basically a duplicate of this command:

Track: Render tracks to multichannel stem tracks (and mute originals)

The Mono and Stereo versions of this command work as expected, only the multichannel versions are buggy.
