I´m not able to use the default 7 unpacked, there is a reaconsole with tons of errors:

Those are warnings, not errors; the theme should work normally. The warnings are about features that are supported in development builds but not yet in release builds.
A theme loaded from a .ReaperThemeZip file should not display warnings. Did you unpack the theme yourself? |

Your options are to run the zipped theme, or ignore the warnings, or edit the unpacked theme to change "warnings all" to "warnings none".
