Razor edit doesn't seek video when resizing edit in automation lanes

I think this is a bug. Razor edit seeks video when first selecting on both the item and automation lane (good), but when resizing that selection in automation lane, it no longer seeks (bad). I'd expect both to behave the same. Attached a gif to illustrate:
