Default Tint item label background to custom track colors

There is a little space below Media->'Tint backgrounds to custom item colors', I think that 'Tint items label background to custom track colors' could fit there.

Default Much more than this...

I honestly think that the color handling of tracks and items needs some overhauling:

I'd love to be able to use 2 colors for tracks and items, one for background and one for foreground (with the current options you can never have bright and dark tracks/items with good contrast at the same time, because the text has always the same color).

Also, it would be great to specify per track if you want to colorize panel background or name background, same for items.

I like it somehow. Indeed I requested that myself during the color discussion when item labels first showed up. But I am not so sure about it anymore.
What happens when tracks are vertically too small to display the "infoline"? My own preference would be to tint item background in that case, but others might think different.

Also I worry about the readability of the item label when it gets tinted. (I've got this problem right now with some custom colors on minimized tracks)

Why are there two threads about this?

This is how it will look for minimized style:

From this size:

To this size:

after this size, it should get back to normal..

sort of the same FR - not Track based, but item color based (option?)

i think that part should be a diff./separate .png - then i probably wouldnt need to use .png for the peak/waveform area, which probably would mean less CPU on the graphics?
