Routing Matrix / pin connectors "mouse over" indicator (DONE)

It would be great if there was a good indication of where
our mouse is when hovering over the matrix, to quickly
see what are we connecting.



I've seen some threads for matrix overhauling, but couldn't
find them now, so I opened a new topic for this particular
suggestion.

cool idea. also, an indicator here of what tracks are selected, and perhaps extending
the "filter by text" option from the tcp and mcp to the routing matrix could be helpful?

i'd really prefer a routing flow chart though... (there are a few threads about this...)

I know there is already a tooltip, but some additional indication would
help, also the names at left and top could be of lighter color when mouse
is over.

I would also like to be able to hide, for lack of a better term, items from the matrix that I don't need to route anywhere. I am up in the 50 track area on some projects and that matrix becomes crazy unmanageable.

A minimize button to minimize it to the Windows toolbar would also be awesome. I'd actually like to see that on the mixer too.

Pin connectors should also be inserted as:
- clic for send post fader
- ctrl-clic for send pre fader / post effect
- alt-clic for send pre effect
