'Apply track FX to new item' play button remains illuminated (FIXED)
 Steps to reproduce: -Play -Right-click on item: 'apply track effects to item as new take' Playback should stop but the transport bar shows its still playing WinXP SP3 3.672

Hmmm... now the question is what is the actual bug? That the playback has stopped or that the play button remains lit?
Seeing as I never told Reaper to stop playback, and being able to seamlessly 'render' FX live like that could be quite useful, I'll say its the latter.  Also if it doesn't already exist, an option to apply FX like that at the lowest priority (so as to not cause any hiccups in playback) would be very nice and a fundamental building block of an integrated freeze function.
